Newton Batting Cage General Rules

• There is to be no smoking, food of any kind, gum or sunflower seeds allowed in batting cage.
• Players are not allowed to enter the cage without their coach present.
• Clean runners or turfs shoes allowed. NO CLEATS
• Batting helmets must be worn when batting.
• Adults only to feed the pitching machine.
• All practice balls to be picked up and placed in buckets not your baseball bag.
• All garbage to be placed in garbage can.
• Do not over run your allotted time, clean up starts 5 min prior to end of your session.
• Batting cage times are a 1 hour session.
• Before leaving make sure all areas are clean, batting machines are turned off and door is securely locked.
• Violation of the above rules could result in the loss of your teams batting privileges.

Instructions for Score Entry

1. Go into the Coaching Page (here) by selecting the Coaching link from the Main Menu.
2. Select Enter Score, which if you're not logged in, will take you to the login screen first.
3. Enter your Login ID (your name exactly as spelled on the contact information) and password.
4. On the coaching page, you'll see a box in the top right corner indicating you're logged in; next select Coaching and then select Enter_Score.
5. On the Score Entry page you should see all the games for your team displayed, but only the option to update games that have already been played.
6. Enter the Home and Visitor scores in the correct boxes and then click Submit.
7. The page will refresh, and should now display you're newly entered score.
8. To update another game, just follow the same steps you've already completed.
9. In the event of an error, simply repeat the steps, ensuring the score is accurate.
10. There is no logout. Login will expire on the close of the current session (you close your browswer window).
