Uniform Fitting Information

Uniforms will be fitted in the Batting Cage on Saturday, April 2, 2011.

Coaches:

• Please ensure that you are set up with two uniform volunteers to help fit your team.
• Please fill out the required form and hand it back to the Uniform Coordinator before you leave. This form must be completely filled out.
• Players are to wear their jock or jill to ensure a proper fit of the uniform.
• All players will be trying on their uniforms to ensure a proper fit. Make sure the kids wear shorts.
• It is strongly suggested to wash the uniform.
• Uniforms are to be returned on time and in good condition (NO CUT ELASTICS), OR Cheques will be cashed, no questions asked
• All coaches are responsible for identifying/labeling returned uniforms

• There will be old pants (for practice) for sale. Prices will be posted

Schedule:

Please be sure to have your team arrive on time, as we have a limited amount of time to fit the entire association. (If you are early you will have to wait until your assigned time)

It is extremely important that you ensure your team gets the correct sizes on this date as picture day will be on April 10 and I must know on distribution day if there are any problems or you may have players that will not be in uniform for photo day.
